Zonisamide Flex Tabs (compounded)

Zonisamide Flex Tabs are scored once on one side of the tablet and twice on the other side of the tablet to allow for 4 different strength offerings from one tablet. For Zonisamide Flex Tabs, there are 2 strengths available: For the 75mg tablet: 1/3 tablet = 25mg, 1/2 tablet = 37.5mg, 2/3 tablet = 50mg. For the 300mg tablet: 1/3 tablet = 100mg, 1/2 tablet = 150mg, 2/3 tablet = 200mg. The approximate size of the full tablet is 3/4 inch long and 5/16 inch wide.
