Piroxicam Flex Tabs (compounded)

Piroxicam Flex Tabs – The Flex Tabs are scored once on one side of the tablet and twice on the other side of the tablet to allow for 4 different strength offerings from one tablet. For the 6mg tablet: 1/3 tablet = 2mg, 1/2 tablet = 3mg, 2/3 tablet = 4mg, 1 full tablet = 6mg. For the 7.5mg tablet: 1/3 tablet = 2.5mg, 1/2 tablet = 3.75mg, 2/3 tablet = 5mg, 1 full tablet = 7.5mg. For the 12mg tablet: 1/3 tablet = 4mg, 1/2 tablet = 6mg, 2/3 tablet = 8mg, 1 full tablet = 12mg. The approximate size of the full tablet is 3/4 inch long and 5/16 inch wide.
