If your dog has a fungal infection, like a yeast infection of the skin, toenails or ringworm, Fluconazole anti-fungal medication may be a very effective treatment. It inhibits the growth of fungal organisms by interfering with the formation of the fungal cell wall. This item must be reconstituted. It is sent dry along with the appropriate amount of water. Once mixed with water, the medication should be stored in the refrigerator and shaken well before using. Medication remaining after 14 days from the date mixed should be discarded.
