Fluconazole Flex Tabs (compounded)

The Flex Tabs are scored once on one side of the tablet and twice on the other side of the tablet to allow for 4 different strength offerings from one tablet. For the 75mg strength, 1/3 tablet = 25mg, 1/2 tablet = 37.5mg, and 2/3 tablet = 50mg. For the 300mg tablet, 1/3 tablet = 100mg, 1/2 tablet = 150mg, and 2/3 tablet = 200mg. For the 400mg tablet, 1/3 tablet = 133.3mg, 1/2 tablet = 200mg, and 2/3 tablet = 266.6mg. The approximate size of the full tablet is 3/4 inch long and 5/16 inch wide.
